Abstract
Uzimanje opijata u zdravstvene svrhe bez nadzora zdravstvenih djelatnika i nemedicinske svrhe može uzrokovati različite posljedice kao što su delirij ili čak ozljede, a kroz duži period mogu uzrokovati ovisnost. U grupu opijata ubrajaju se opijum, morfin, heroin, metadon i kodein. Najčešće korišteni rekreacijski opijat je heroin, dok se opijum koristi rijetko. Ovisnost se očituje kroz fizičku i psihičku ovisnost. Fizička ili biološka ovisnost odnosi se na promjenu biološkog stanja organizma, dok psihička ovisnost podrazumijeva prisilnu potrebu da se supstanca unese u organizam s ciljem vraćanja dobrog raspoloženja i da se izbjegne patnja lišena određene supstancije. Ovisnost dovodi do akutne intoksikacije koja je obilježena euforijom, crvenilom lica, svrbežom, smanjenom dubinom disanja, hipotenzijom te bradikardijom. Osim simptoma akutne intoksikacije upotreba opijata može dovesti do ozbiljnih pa čak i smrtonosnih posljedica kao što su neurološke bolesti, hepatitis, HIV i AIDS. Liječenje ovisnosti o opijatima podrazumijeva liječenje naloksonom te kliničko liječenje. Vrlo bitno za liječenje ovisnosti je određivanje tolerancije na opijate radi određivanja potrebne doze lijeka. U Republici Hrvatskoj zakonski okvir za borbu protiv zlouporabe droga temelji se na Kaznenom zakonu te Zakonu o suzbijanju zlouporabe droga, dok je na razini Europske unije usvojena Nacionalna strategija suzbijanja zlouporabe (opojnih) droga u Republici Hrvatskoj. Ovo istraživanje provedeno je sa ciljem utvrđivanja postojanja razlika kod ovisnika u urbanim i ruralnim područjima s obzirom na socijalno demografske osobitosti. Istraživanjem se dokazalo kako ovisnici u urbanim sredinama jednako brzo dolaze do sredstava ovisnosti kao i ovisnici u ruralnim područjima te kako ovisnici u urbanim i ruralnim područjima relativno rano počinju sa liječenjem od ovisnosti. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo 57 ispitanika podijeljenih po spolu i području stanovanja. Iz podataka o zlouporabi opijata promatrajući županije najviše ovisnika zastupljeno je u gradu Zagrebu i Zagrebačkoj županiji, zatim slijede Istarska te Krapinsko-zagorska županija. Heptanon kao najviše zastupljeno glavno sredstvo najviše se konzumira u gradu Zagrebu.
Abstract (english)
Taking opiates for medical purposes without supervision of healthcare professionals and non-medical purposes can cause different consequences such as delirium or even injury, and may cause addiction over a longer period of time. The most common recreational opium is heroin, while opium is rarely used. Opiate groups include opium, morphine, heroin, methadone and codeine. Addiction is manifested through physical and psychological dependence. Physical or biological dependence refers to the change in the biological state of the organism, while psychic addiction implies the forced necessity of entering the substance into the organism in order to restore good mood and to avoid the suffering of certain substances. Addiction leads to acute intoxication characterized by euphoria, facial redness, pruritus, impaired breathing depth, hypotension and bradycardia. Apart from the symptoms of acute intoxication, the use of opiates can lead to serious and even lethal consequences such as neurological diseases, hepatitis, HIV and AIDS. Treatment of opiate dependence implies treatment with naloxone and clinical treatment. Very important for the treatment of overexpression is to determine tolerance to opiates to determine the required dose of the drug. In the Republic of Croatia, the legal framework for the fight against drug abuse is based on the Criminal Code and the Law on Combating Drug Abuse, while at the European Union level the National Strategy for the Suppression of Drug Abuse in the Republic of Croatia was adopted. This research was carried out in order to determine the existence of differences in urban and rural addicts with regard to social demographic characteristics.Research has shown that addicts in urban areas are equally to addicts in rural areas by the time of arrival to the drogs band that addicts in urban and rural areas relatively early start with addiction treatment. The study included 57 respondents divided by sex and area of residence. From the data on opiate abuse by observing the most addicted counties, it is represented in Zagreb and Zagreb County, followed by Istrian and Krapina-Zagorje County. Heptane is the most widely used main source consumed in the city of Zagreb.
