Abstract
Cilj istraživanja:Ovim se istraživanjem želi procijeniti utjecaj rada u bolničkoj hitnoj službi na zdravlje i radnu sposobnost djelatnika. Ponuđenim upitnicima želi se ispitati specifične stresore na radnim mjestima zaposlenika u Hitnoj službi te povezanost intenziteta stresa i radne sposobnosti na temelju istih podataka. Metode:Ispitanici koji su sudjelovali u istraživanju zaposlenici su Centralnog hitnog prijema Kliničkog bolničkog centra Sestre Milosrdnice. Istraživanje je provedeno od studenog 2018. do veljače 2019. godine. Provedeno je primjenom upitnika Upitnikom o stresorima na radnom mjestu bolničkih zdravstvenih djelatnika i Upitnikom za određivanje radne sposobnosti (engl. WAI- Work Ability Index). Rezultati: Postoji statistički značajna razlika u odgovorima ispitanika za čestice organizacija i financije, javna kritika i sudske tužbe, opasnosti i štetnosti na poslu, sukobi i komunikacija na poslu, profesionalni i intelektualni zahtjevi s obzirom na promatrane skupine. Opasnosti i štetnosti na poslu, sukobi i komunikacija na poslu više pogađaju ispitanike koji imaju jedno ili dvoje djece, najčešće žene. Profesionalni i intelektualni zahtjevi najviši su za liječnike, a istovremeno razlikuju se kod ispitanika koji navode manje fakultetsko obrazovanje. Isto tako, postoji statistički značajna razlika za smjenski rad s obzirom na ukupne godine radnog iskustva ispitanika; vrijednost skale najviša je za ispitanike koji rade manje od šest mjeseci. Zaključak:Rad u hitnoj službi stresan je samim obujmom i količinom posla u istoj, a provedenim istraživanjem te dobivenim rezultatima vidljivi su značajni rezultati koji govore u prilog pretpostavkama postavljenima na početku ovog rada i pri provedbi istraživačkog postupka.
Abstract (english)
Objective: This research seeks to evaluate the impact of hospital emergency work on the health and work capacity of employees.The questionnaires offered are intended to examine specific stressors in the workplaces of Emergency Services and the correlation of stress intensity and work capacity based on the same data. Methods: Respondents who participated in the study were employees of the Central Emergency Admission Clinical Hospital Center „ Sestre Milosrdnice“. The survey was conducted from November 2018 to February 2019. The questionnaire was administered through the Questionnaire on Stressors in the Workplace of Hospital Healthcare Professionals and the Work Ability Index. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in respondents' responses to organizational and financial particles, public criticism and lawsuits, dangers and harms at work, conflicts and communication at work, professional and intellectual demands with respect to the groups observed. Dangers and harms at work, conflicts and communication at work are more likely to affect respondents who have one or two children, most often women. Professional and intellectual requirements are highest for physicians, while differing among respondents who cite a college degree. Likewise, there is a statistically significant difference for shift work, given the total years of work experience of respondents; the scale value is highest for respondents who work less than six months. Conclusion: Emergency work is stressed by the sheer volume and volume of work in the same, and the research conducted and the results obtained show significant results in support of the assumptions made at the beginning of this work and in the conduct of the research process.
