Abstract
U ovom radu proučava se fenomen urbanog vrtlarenja u gradu Zagrebu. Daje se prikaz relevantnih teorija i istraživanja o prisutnosti prirode u gradu koji se posljedično koriste kao referentne točke u analizi podataka. U sklopu istraživanja korištena je kvalitativna metodologija te se na uzorku članova urbanih vrtova koristila metoda dubinskog intervjua. Sveukupno je provedeno devet intervjua tijekom prosinca 2017. godine i srpnja 2018. godine. Na temelju prikupljenih podataka predstavljaju se sociološki aspekti urbanog vrtlarenja koji su prikazani po poglavljima. Daje se prikaz motiva, funkcija, sustava upravljanja, tipologije, problema, ekološke i financijske dimenzije, aktera koji djeluju u vrtovima. Zaključuje se da su suvremeni vrtovi u Zagrebu nova dimenzija urbanog života i element koji doprinosi povećanju kvalitete života u gradovima.
Abstract (english)
This paper examines the phenomenon of urban gardening in the city of Zagreb. An overview of the relevant theories and researches on the presence of nature in the city, which is then used as reference points in the data analysis. The qualitative methodology was used as a part of the survey and a method of deep interviews was used on a sample of urban garden members. A total of nine interviews were conducted during December 2017 and July 2018. Based on the collected data, sociological aspects of urban gardening are presented in chapters. An overview of motives, functions, management systems, typologies, problems, ecological and financial dimensions, actors in the gardens are presented. It is concluded that modern gardens in Zagreb are a new dimension of urban life and an element that contributes to increasing the quality of life in cities.
