Abstract Uvod: Zdravstveni tim predstavlja oblik rada u području zdravstvene djelatnosti kojim se omogućuje suradnja više različitih stručnjaka usmjerenih na postizanje zajedničkog cilja. Voditelji timova svakodnevno sudjeluju u superviziji, edukaciji i savjetovanju zaposlenika, unaprijeđuju razinu kvalitete, standarda i sigurnosti zdravstvene zaštite u skladu sa protokolima medicinske profesije, zdravstvene ustanove i standarda o sigurnosti, cjeloživotnim programima obrazovanja i obavljanju administrativnih poslova.
Cilj istraživanja: Provesti ispitivanje trenutnih stavova medicinskih sestara i tehničara o važnosti pojedinih poželjnih osobina na mjestu voditelja timova u sestrinskoj djelatnosti ovisno o području medicinske djelatnosti i radnom mjestu.
Ispitanici i metode: Provedeno istraživanje je opažajno, presječnog oblika. Ispitivanje je provedeno kao online anketa u kojoj je sudjelovanje bilo anonimno i dobrovoljno u razdoblju između 23.11.2021. i 31.12.2021. godine. Uključuje 791 ispitanika koji su po struci medicinske sestre i tehničari trenutno zaposleni u Republici Hrvatskoj. Za potrebe istraživanja korišten je upitnik Wick KL. Original Emerging Workforce Preferences Survey – What nurse value in their managers.
Rezultati: Ispitanici su izrazili stav kako bi na mjestu voditelja zdravstvenog tima u području palijative, domova zdravlja i srodnih zdravstvenih ustanova kao najvažnije poželjne osobine svojih timova odabrali sljedeće osobine - profesionalnost, pravednost, timski igrač, odgovornost prema drugima i suradljivost, a na mjestu voditelja u području hitne medicine, objedinjenog hitnog bolničkog prijema i srodnih zdravstvenih ustanova - profesionalnost, timski igrač, odgovornost prema drugima, praktično znanje i motiviranje drugih.
Zaključak: Ne postoje univerzalne poželjne osobine voditelja zdravstvenih timova, već se poželjne osobine razlikuju ovisno o području djelatnosti, godinama radnog iskustva i kontigenciji u kojoj zdravstveni tim i njegov voditelj djeluju.
Abstract (english) Introduction: The health team is a form of work in the field of health care that allows the cooperation of several different professionals aimed at achieving a common goal. Team leaders participate daily in the supervision, education and counseling of employees, improve the level of quality, standards and safety of health care in accordance with the protocols of the medical profession, health care institutions and standards on safety, lifelong learning programs and administrative work.
Aim of the research: To conduct an examination of the current attitudes of nurses and technicians about the importance of certain desirable traits in the position of team leader in nursing, depending on the field of medical activity and the workplace.
Subjects and methods: The conducted research is perceptual, cross-sectional. The survey was conducted as an online survey in which participation was anonymous and voluntary between 23.11.2021. and 31.12.2021. years. It includes 791 respondents who are currently employed as nurses and technicians in the Republic of Croatia. The Wick KL questionnaire was used for the research. An original survey of emerging workforce preferences - What nurses value in their managers.
Results: Respondents expressed the view that in the position of health team leader in the field of palliative care, health centers and related health care institutions as the most important desirable characteristics of their teams choose the following characteristics - professionalism, fairness, team player, responsibility towards others and cooperation. in the field of emergency medicine, unified emergency hospital admission and related health care institutions - professionalism, team player, responsibility towards others, practical knowledge and motivation of others.
Conclusion: There are no universal desirable characteristics of a health team leader, but the desirable characteristics differ depending on the field of activity, years of work experience and the contingency in which the health team and its leader operate.
