Job crafting is the process in which employees change certain aspects of their job without actually changing the job itself. Individuals adapt their job according to their motivations, strengths, and passions, and it is not a one-time event but rather a process that leads to change over a certain period of time. Job crafting and restructuring of workplace have been present even before the COVID-19 pandemic, but pandemic circumstances have opened up new possibilities for research in this area. The aim of this research was to gain insight into the aspects of job crafting among teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic in Croatia. Through thematic analysis, it was determined that most participants were motivated to craft their job due to the pandemic situation by deepening their relationships with colleagues and students and enhancing their work through online education. Participants crafted their communication methods by using WhatsApp, MS Teams, and Yammer to communicate with colleagues and students, which has remained a part of their work until today. Participants transformed their work tasks using new digital tools and all expressed satisfaction with their work performance during the pandemic.
