By monitoring customer satisfaction, it is possible to manage the quality of health care services. The concept of satisfaction is based on customer satisfaction and values for users and is a relatively and widely studied term, embedded in the core of hospital management. The objective of this research is to evaluate the level of parental satisfaction with the quality of services provided at the Srebrnjak Children's Hospital Polyclinic. Hundred subjects participated in the study. The users of the services provided in the Polyclinic rated the overall health care as high, with N = 41 (41%) extremely satisfied users and N = 49 (49%) very satisfied users. Total sum of extremely satisfied and very satisfied users is N = 90 (90%) which proves hypothesis H0. Of the total number of respondents, N=76 (76%) were female and N=24 (24%) were male.The age of the respondents was in the range of 18-65 years and half of the respondents are 40-65 years old. Most of the respondents completed secondary education, N = 55 (55%). Nine percent of respondents’ state that they have a university degree, while there were 33% those with a university degree. The lowest arithmetic mean refers to the importance of privacy during the stay of the users at the Polyclinic and accommodation comfort during the visit to the Polyclinics with the lowest arithmetic levels and grades = 3.97 and 3.95. These variables are not in the domain and competences of nurses but of the organizational unit. Therefore, it is found that there is a significant difference between the lowest grades for the institution itself and the conditions of the environment in which the service is provided, and the highest grades given to nurses for the respect towards patients and their family members as well as their willingness to provide the assistance patient required. No statistically significant differences was found in the satisfaction of the respondents with the provision of health care in the Polyclinics in relation to the investigated sociodemographic characteristics (age of parents, gender, age or respondent, address) thus confirming the hypothesis H1.
